Sherry Seiwert, the executive director of the Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority since 2005, is leaving the state agency at the end of July to become president of Indianapolis Downtown Inc. [U]nder Seiwert, the agency has helped 14,000 Indiana residents become homeowners, created 12,000 units of affordable housing and provided nearly 3,000 residents with rapid re-housing aid when they were at risk of becoming homeless…Jacob Sipe will become the agency’s interim executive director. He’s currently its chief real estate development officer and director of production.
