AEGON USA Realty Advisors, LLC, a member of the AEGON Group, is seeking an Underwriter for its Community Investments Group in the San Francisco office.
This individual will assist the Community Investments Group in its analysis of new equity investments and help manage the due diligence and documentation required for a timely investment committee approval and closing. Specific tasks may include financial modeling, researching and evaluating market data, performing site visits in conjunction with senior staff, preparation and presentation of investment committee packages, coordination with in-house and outside consultants on due diligence reviews, and collecting project-specific documentation. The Underwriter will also assist in initial marketing efforts to new developer relationships, including maintaining an in-house marketing database.
