Chief Financial Officer, Los Angeles Housing Partnership, Los Angeles, CA
Los Angeles Housing Partnership, Inc. (LAHP), a community-based organization, has acquired and/or developed over 1300 apartments in the Los Angeles area since its formation in 1989. A vibrant, growing organization, LAHP has over 238 units under construction, with a strong emphasis on affordable, green building. In addition to providing housing, many of its communities offer educational and social enrichment programs.
LAHP is seeking a Chief Financial Officer. A member of the senior management team, the CFO is responsible for planning, directing and controlling its corporate and real estate development accounting, as well as the oversight of human resource functions. The CFO assures financial compliance of LAHPs portfolio and partnership operations. Additionally, the CFO administers LAHPs lending relationships with private institutions, public agencies, and philanthropic partners.
This position reports to the Executive Director. Direct reports include the Bookkeeper and Administrative Staff.
