The Director of Finance will be a part of a high-performance executive management team assisting in the operations of the OHA, which is one of a very select group of organizations across the nation qualifying for the Moving to Work Program (MTW). Under the general direction of the Deputy Executive Director of Finance and Program Administration, manages and directs the Authoritys financial management and accounting operation. REQs: bachelors degree, with a major in accounting or finance or a related field. A masters degree in finance or a related field and/or CPA is a plus. A minimum of five years of experience in supervising and managing a medium to large accounting or finance department. Must possess a valid CA drivers license and have and maintain an insurable driving record. Equivalent combinations of education, training and experience will be considered.
