Election 2012: Roundup of Local Housing Measures

Roundup of local housing measures from the 2012 elections, including San Francisco, Houston, Austin and Rhode Island:

San Francisco:  voters passed an initiative that will establish a dedicated funding stream for affordable housing in the city.

Austin:  $78.3 million bond measure for affordable housing was on its way to defeat.

Houston:  Houston voters were also deciding on $15 million for affordable housing.

Rhode Island:  RI voters approved $25 million in bonds for affordable housing.
